Published photographs and descriptions are for indicative purposes only and bind the Establishment solely to the provision of services corresponding to the essential features described.<\/p>\n<h4 data-path-to-node=\"10\"><\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2e1667f elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2e1667f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">2.2 Catering &amp; Restaurant Services<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-871272d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"871272d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-path-to-node=\"11\">The Establishment offers table bookings for lunch and\/or dinner service via the TheFork platform. The menus and \u00e0 la carte options available on the booking date are provided for guidance only and are subject to change according to seasonal availability.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12\">The Establishment draws the Client&#8217;s attention to the fact that published offers are valid subject to availability.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-88a543a elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"88a543a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Article 3 \u2014 Booking Process<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-429509b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"429509b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3.1 Room Bookings (via Mews)<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ca85afe elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ca85afe\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-path-to-node=\"16\">Room bookings are completed online through the following steps:<\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\" data-path-to-node=\"17\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"17,0,0\">Selection of arrival and departure dates, room type, and number of guests;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"17,1,0\">Verification of the booking summary and applicable rate;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"17,2,0\">Entry of the Client\u2019s personal details;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"17,3,0\">Choice of payment method and entry of banking details via the secure interface of the Mews platform;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"17,4,0\">Final confirmation of the booking by the Client following acceptance of these T&amp;Cs.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"18\">The booking is confirmed upon transmission of a confirmation email sent to the Client at the email address provided during booking. This email serves as proof of booking and constitutes a binding contractual document.<\/p>\n<h4 data-path-to-node=\"19\"><\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bed97ab elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"bed97ab\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3.2 Table Bookings (via TheFork)<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a569ea1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a569ea1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-path-to-node=\"20\">Table bookings are completed online through the following steps:<\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\" data-path-to-node=\"21\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"21,0,0\">Selection of the date, time slot, and number of guests;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"21,1,0\">Entry of the Client\u2019s personal details and any relevant information (allergies, dietary requirements, special occasions);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"21,2,0\">Final confirmation of the booking.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"22\">The booking is confirmed upon transmission of a confirmation email and\/or SMS sent to the Client. In the absence of confirmation, the booking shall not be deemed final.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"23\">The Establishment reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking in the event of a manifest anomaly, attempted fraud, or inappropriate behaviour during a previous visit.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cd8a6d0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"cd8a6d0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Article 4 \u2014 Rates<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1c92cdd elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1c92cdd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-path-to-node=\"26\">The applicable rates are those displayed on the website on the date the booking is confirmed. Unless otherwise stated, prices are expressed in euros (\u20ac) and include all applicable taxes, notably VAT at the prevailing rate.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"27\">Tourist tax, the amount of which is fixed by resolution of the municipality of Port-Saint-Louis-du-Rh\u00f4ne, is collected separately and shall be paid by the Client directly to the Establishment during their stay.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"28\">The Establishment reserves the right to modify its rates at any time. Confirmed bookings shall, however, remain at the rate in effect on the day of their confirmation.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"29\">Promotional offers or special rates may be offered on an ad hoc basis. These are subject to their own specific eligibility and validity conditions.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-eb08cc4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"eb08cc4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Article 5 \u2014 Payment Terms<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-243c07a elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"243c07a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">5.1 Accommodation<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4688132 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4688132\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-path-to-node=\"33\">Payment for hotel bookings is processed via the secure Mews platform. Depending on the selected rate, payment may occur:<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"34\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"34,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"34,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">At the time of booking:<\/b> the total amount or a deposit is debited immediately;<\/p>\n<p><\/li>\n<p> \t<\/p>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"34,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"34,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Upon arrival:<\/b> banking details are recorded as a guarantee at the time of booking, and payment is settled on-site.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<p><\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"35\">Accepted payment methods are specified during the booking process on the Mews platform (Visa, Mastercard, American Express bank cards, etc.).<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-45dd45c elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"45dd45c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">5.2 Catering &amp; Restaurant Services<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5a0961b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5a0961b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-path-to-node=\"37\">As a general rule, table bookings via TheFork do not require advance payment. Settlement of the restaurant bill takes place on-site at the end of the meal using the payment methods accepted by the Establishment (bank card, cash).<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"38\">However, for certain specific bookings (groups, private menus, special events), a deposit or partial prepayment may be requested. The Establishment at no point retains the Client\u2019s full banking details.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ddd5083 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"ddd5083\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Article 6 \u2014 Cancellation and Modification Terms<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-32fe92a elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"32fe92a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">6.1 Cancellation and Modification of Hotel Bookings<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9a9905a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9a9905a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-path-to-node=\"44\">The cancellation and modification terms applicable to a hotel booking are those of the rate selected by the Client at the time of booking. These conditions are explicitly stated on the rate description page and in the confirmation email.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"45\">As a general rule, the following conditions apply, unless otherwise stated for the chosen rate:<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"46\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"46,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"46,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Flexible Rate:<\/b> free cancellation or modification up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date. Past this deadline, one night&#8217;s stay will be charged;<\/p>\n<p><\/li>\n<p> \t<\/p>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"46,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"46,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Non-refundable Rate:<\/b> no refund shall be granted in the event of cancellation or modification, regardless of the date.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<p><\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"47\">All cancellations must be made via the link provided in the confirmation email or directly through the Mews platform. The Establishment shall not be held liable for any cancellation not carried out via this channel.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9736f7a elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"9736f7a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">6.2 Cancellation of Restaurant Bookings<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-38c4b78 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"38c4b78\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-path-to-node=\"49\">The Client undertakes to notify the Establishment as soon as possible should they be unable to attend on the date and time booked, and at the latest:<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"50\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"50,0,0\">24 hours prior to the booking time for tables of 1 to 6 covers;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"50,1,0\">48 hours prior to the booking time for tables of 7 covers or more.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"51\">Cancellations may be made via the booking management link provided by TheFork, by email, or by telephone with the Establishment.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"52\">Where a deposit was paid upon booking, cancellation within the aforementioned deadlines shall entitle the Client to a full refund of said deposit. Beyond these deadlines, the deposit shall be retained as a cancellation fee.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-80d3bb7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"80d3bb7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">6.3 No-Show<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5a95742 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5a95742\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-path-to-node=\"54\">A &#8220;no-show&#8221; refers to any Client who fails to arrive at the Establishment on the scheduled date and time without having previously cancelled their booking within the specified timeframes. In such cases, the late cancellation conditions set out above shall apply.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-feab9fd elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"feab9fd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Article 7 \u2014 Hotel Stay Regulations<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cfb9d9c elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"cfb9d9c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">7.1 Check-In and Check-Out<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9f57527 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9f57527\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-path-to-node=\"58\">Check-in time is from 3:00 pm onwards, and check-out time is 11:00 am at the latest, unless otherwise agreed with the Establishment.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"59\">Any late check-out or early check-in shall incur additional charges in accordance with the Establishment\u2019s current rates. Luggage storage requests may be made at reception.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2fc5fa1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2fc5fa1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">7.2 Room Occupancy<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1f4afde elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1f4afde\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-path-to-node=\"61\">Rooms are allocated for the exclusive use of the Client and the individuals specified at the time of booking. Any undeclared additional occupants are strictly prohibited and may result in additional charges or refusal of stay.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"62\">The Client is liable for any damage caused to the Establishment\u2019s property during their stay. The Establishment reserves the right to charge the bank card registered as a guarantee in the event of proven damage.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-af59d86 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"af59d86\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">7.3 House Rules<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6b91372 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6b91372\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The Client agrees to abide by the Establishment&#8217;s house rules, including rules regarding the peace and quiet of other guests, the strict no-smoking policy in rooms and communal areas, and general cleanliness. Any severe breach may result in immediate eviction of the Client without refund.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8abbe91 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"8abbe91\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">7.4 Pets<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7f32414 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7f32414\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Pets are admitted subject to prior declaration at the time of booking and payment of a surcharge, the amount of which is specified on the website. Certain room categories may not be suitable for accommodating pets.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-333e9af elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"333e9af\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Article 8 \u2014 Liability of the Establishment<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1f5144f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1f5144f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-path-to-node=\"69\">The Establishment undertakes to provide the booked services in accordance with professional standards and the descriptions published on its website.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"70\">The Establishment cannot be held liable in the event of:<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"71\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"71,0,0\">Non-performance or improper performance resulting from a force majeure event within the meaning of Article 1218 of the French Civil Code (<i data-path-to-node=\"71,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"138\">Code civil<\/i>) (pandemic, natural disaster, strike, etc.);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"71,1,0\">An unpredictable and insurmountable act by a third party unconnected with the provision of services;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"71,2,0\">Fault or negligence attributable to the Client.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"72\">Regarding the safekeeping of personal belongings and valuables, the Establishment declines all liability for valuable items not deposited in the in-room safes or at reception. In accordance with Articles 1952 to 1954 of the French Civil Code (<i data-path-to-node=\"72\" data-index-in-node=\"243\">Code civil<\/i>) applicable to hoteliers, the Establishment\u2019s liability is limited pursuant to applicable statutory provisions.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"73\">The Establishment shall not be held liable for technical malfunctions of the Mews and TheFork platforms beyond its control.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b1f94ef elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"b1f94ef\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Article 9 \u2014 Right of Withdrawal<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-44a951a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"44a951a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-path-to-node=\"76\">In accordance with Article L.221-28, 12\u00b0 of the French Consumer Code (<i data-path-to-node=\"76\" data-index-in-node=\"70\">Code de la consommation<\/i>), the right of withdrawal set out in Articles L.221-18 et seq. of said Code does not apply to contracts for the provision of accommodation services (other than residential accommodation), catering services, or leisure services that must be provided on a specific date or during a specific period.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"77\">Consequently, no 14-day right of withdrawal applies to bookings made with the Establishment. These rights may be exercised by sending an email request to the Establishment&#8217;s contact address.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"84\">The Mews and TheFork platforms act as data processors on behalf of the Establishment and are subject to their own privacy policies, accessible on their respective websites. The applicable version is that in force on the date the booking is confirmed by the Client.
